Job Title: Transportation Manager

At LONG WHEELS SOLUTIONS LIMITED, we are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our transportation department, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze departmental performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Plan and organize daily transportation operations to meet business objectives.
  • Ensure all transportation activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Supervise a team of 1-2 transportation staff to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as transportation management or logistics.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a transportation management role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week.
  • English language.
