Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Operations Manager to join our team at LONG WHEELS SOLUTIONS LIMITED. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the performance of our transportation department to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all transportation operations are in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.
  • Vehicle and Goods Scheduling: Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Revenue Management: Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue to ensure profitability.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that goods are available when needed.
Supervision and Teamwork

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1 to 2 people and working collaboratively with other departments to achieve our logistics goals.
