Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and teams in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to business leaders on HR-related matters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve organizational performance
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, employees, and external partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as HR, Business Administration, or Organizational Development
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and talent development
  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
