Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Product Analyst to join our growing team. This role will provide essential support for our client's Global Payroll Product, with a primary focus on US/Canadian operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries via email and phone.
- Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and analyze their payroll needs.
- Participate in new client implementations, ensuring seamless integration of our payroll products.
- Work hand-in-hand with the development team to ensure that reported issues are accurately identified, resolved, and incorporated into solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions.
- Analyze customer feedback and product usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation for clients.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes related to payroll.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or human resources.
- Proven experience working with payroll systems and processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
