Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Product Analyst to join our growing team. This role will provide essential support for our client's Global Payroll Product, with a primary focus on US/Canadian operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and effectively to client inquiries via email and phone.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements and analyze their payroll needs.
  • Participate in new client implementations, ensuring seamless integration of our payroll products.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the development team to ensure that reported issues are accurately identified, resolved, and incorporated into solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing timely resolutions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and product usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and documentation for clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes related to payroll.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, such as accounting, finance, or human resources.
  • Proven experience working with payroll systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
