Paul Kler Mini Food Market is seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Team Lead to join our growing team.

As a Retail Team Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store. You will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of retail associates, including apprentices and design team members.
  • Oversee the ordering and stocking of merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive shopping experience.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stockroom areas for efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with management to implement store policies and procedures.
Your Qualifications:
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Have 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be proficient in basic computer operations.
