MARC Properties Services Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office operations, including reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities.
- Office Services Coordination: Coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Security and Safety: Ensure that all office administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met, and that the office is a safe and secure environment for all employees.
- Transportation and Travel: Ensure that all employees have access to reliable transportation and that travel arrangements are made as needed.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a high level of organization.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
