Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Demostat Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Events: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our team's goals.
  • Information Management: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring that all necessary parties are informed and up-to-date.
  • Meeting Support: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and distribute them to relevant parties.
  • Employee Support: Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Administration: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-stocked and organized.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Front Desk Reception: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our company.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Marketing Support: Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
