Role OverviewAs a Territory Sales Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate new business opportunities, provide essential sales support to distributors, and educate end-users on the application, installation, and maintenance of our diverse product offerings.
You will engage with prominent architectural firms in the region to advocate for our consulting services and deliver technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive territory business plan, including tailored strategies for each account that encompass dealer objectives, product training, investment strategies, and revenue targets.
- Support the company's marketing initiatives by delivering timely and accurate sales reports, along with competitive insights to the Regional Sales Organization, ensuring precise competitor product and pricing information.
- Maintain a detailed database of direct and indirect customers within your territory.
- Conduct job site inspections as necessary to uphold service standards.
- Utilize CRM tools effectively for reporting and communication of sales activities.
Applicants should possess a valid driving license in their province of residence and demonstrate strong computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel. Bilingual proficiency in French and English is advantageous.
A degree from a university or college in Architectural Engineering or Technology, or a related field is required. Completion of at least two years of training from the Door and Hardware Institute is preferred, along with a minimum of five years of sales experience, ideally within the architectural hardware sector.
