About the Role

Panduit is seeking a seasoned executive to lead our North America Sales organization. As Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and identifying new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expand market reach
  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and analytics to inform business decisions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales performance in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop insights to inform business decisions
  • Experience with sales operations, sales analytics, and sales process improvement
