Sales Director for SaaS Growth

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in SaaS sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer value.
As the Director of Sales, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our sales strategy, expanding our customer base, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
- Create and continuously improve sales processes, tools, and methodologies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track sales performance.
