Dental Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at Sabharwal Dental Group. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Procedure Preparation: Prepare patients for dental examinations by reviewing medical histories, taking vital signs, and explaining treatment options.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the dental laboratory by processing and managing patient records, scheduling appointments, and handling billing and insurance claims.
- Supply Management: Maintain and order dental supplies, ensuring that our practice is well-stocked and equipped to provide high-quality patient care.
- Reception and Clerical Duties: Perform reception and clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to patient inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring that our practice runs efficiently and effectively.
- Radiology Support: Assist with taking and developing X-rays, ensuring that our patients receive accurate and timely diagnoses.
- Financial Management: Invoice patients for dental services, ensuring that our practice is reimbursed for the care we provide.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, collaborating with our dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
We are an English-speaking practice, and we require our staff to be fluent in English. We offer a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek.
