Key Responsibilities- Patient Preparation: Prepare patients for dental examinations, taking into account their medical history and any special needs.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including ordering supplies and maintaining inventory.
- Supply Management: Maintain and order dental supplies, ensuring that our practice is well-stocked and equipped to provide high-quality care.
- Reception and Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, handle patient inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Imaging and Billing: Take and develop X-rays, and invoice patients for dental services in a timely and accurate manner.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dental setting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
