About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional dental care to our patients, including cleaning teeth, diagnosing dental diseases, and performing oral surgery.
Key Responsibilities- Clean teeth and maintain good oral hygiene
- Diagnose and treat dental diseases, including periodontal surgery
- Examine patients' teeth, gums, and surrounding tissue
- Plan and administer dental health treatment
- Restore, extract, and replace diseased and decayed teeth
- Design and fit dentures and provide appliances
- Write fabrication instructions and prescriptions for use by denturists and dental technicians
- Act as a consultant to other dentists
- Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
- Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities
- 5 years or more of experience in the field
