Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Procedure Preparation
    • Prepare patients for dental examinations by explaining procedures, taking medical histories, and obtaining vital signs.
    • Ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in good working order.
  • Administrative Support
    • Perform administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including processing and managing patient records.
    • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Supply Management
    • Order and maintain an adequate supply of dental materials and equipment.
    • Ensure all supplies are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Reception and Clerical Duties
    • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
    • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
    • Coordinate with dental team members to ensure smooth and efficient patient flow.
  • Diagnostic Imaging
    • Take and develop X-rays as needed.
    • Ensure all X-rays are properly labeled and stored.
  • Financial Transactions
    • Invoice patients for dental services.
    • Process and manage patient payments.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Collaborate with dental team members to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dental setting.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Hours
    • 30 to 40 hours per week.
