Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
- Perform various administrative functions for the dental laboratory, including maintaining and ordering supplies.
- Provide exceptional reception and clerical support to our patients and staff.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Take and develop X-rays as needed, maintaining high-quality images for our dental team.
- Process invoices and payments for dental services, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in English as the primary language of communication.
