Join PHSA as a Clinical Nurse Leader within our Neonatal Program. In this pivotal role, you will oversee staffing arrangements, offering clinical oversight, mentorship, and support to nursing personnel and allied staff engaged in neonatal care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and guide nursing and support personnel
- Enhance performance and ensure optimal staff utilization
- Contribute to the formulation and assessment of patient care standards and protocols
Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing with current registration as a Registered Nurse
- A minimum of three years of recent experience in a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care setting
- Current certifications in CPR and NRP
