Hillside Gardens Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Foreman/Woman to join our team. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our farm, ensuring the safe and efficient production of crops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of farm safety and bio-security procedures
  • Maintain financial and production records
  • Negotiate with clients for provision of services
  • Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
  • Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations
  • Maintain work records and logs
  • Hire and train staff
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Perform general farm duties
  • Make emergency repairs to equipment
