Job Title: Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide on-the-job training tailored to individual needs.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and physical stamina to stand for extended periods.
