Job Title: Insurance Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Team Lead to join our team at HUB International (Brentwood) Ltd. in Brentwood, BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of insurance advisors and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of insurance advisors to achieve sales and service goals
  • Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business plans
Requirements:
  • Level 2 General Insurance License
  • 1+ year experience in an insurance sales environment
  • 1+ year experience in auto insurance
  • Demonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client service
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Excellent Insurance Product knowledge
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, good judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong communication skills
