Insurance Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Team Lead to join our team at HUB International (Brentwood) Ltd. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of insurance advisors and driving business growth in our Brentwood branch.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of insurance advisors to achieve sales and service targets
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to improve their skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with all insurer rules and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Manage sales, retention, and service needs of clients, balancing between insurance advisor and team lead duties as appropriate
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- 1+ year experience in an insurance sales environment
- 1+ year experience in auto insurance
- Demonstrated abilities in providing exceptional client service
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork abilities
- Excellent insurance product knowledge
- Self-motivated, able to work independently, good judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills
