About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Consultant to join our team at Infosys Limited. As a key member of our consulting team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design.
  • Create high-level design artifacts and deliver high-quality code deliverables for a module.
  • Lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.
  • Participate in daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and other project meetings.
  • Raise queries related to current sprint item/user stories being worked on and get them clarified.
  • Participate in demos to Airbus focal, get feedback.
  • Send updates on defects status to the onsite team.
  • Transition to Production Support team.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Montreal, Quebec or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
  • Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solution Design, Development, Testing, Deployment
  • Perform high-level solution design and send it to the customer for approval.
  • Perform Detailed Design related to API Design, update Detailed Design Document and Test Cases based on the approved use cases and send to customer for approval.
  • Perform coding, configuration, and unit testing as per respective sprint.
  • Support Deployment of code and configuration to Development, QA, and Pre-Prod servers as per respective Sprint.
  • Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Fix defects and bugs.
  • Support Deployment to Production server as per Deployment process.
  • Ensure quality of deliverables.
  • Familiarity with NodeJS, SQL Server, SSIS, SSMS, Jira, Angular (Nice to have) and Microsoft tools.

Work Environment: The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.
