Richter Consulting is a member of the Richter Group, a full-service business advisory firm founded in 1926. Our team of professionals works with US-based leverage lenders, private equity firms, and major banks regarding their portfolio companies/investments.

**Job Overview**

As a Senior Associate, you will work within a multidisciplinary team of professionals on a variety of stimulating engagements. Our deal teams deliver consulting services involving companies in numerous industries, including Consumer Products, Pharma, Distribution, Services, and Manufacturing. You will work alongside company executives and upper management to identify and recommend solutions to complex business issues.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Collaborate with client personnel and other professionals to deliver high-quality consulting services
* Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify business opportunities and challenges
* Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions
* Provide expertise in Business Assessment, Cashflow Forecasting, Financial Reorganization/Profitability Improvement, Transaction Advisory, and ABL Diligence

**Requirements**

* CPA, CFA, or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (Alteryx or Power Query/Pivot a plus)
* Strong aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analyses
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to collaborate with client personnel and other professionals
* Excellent English communication (written and verbal), presentation, and organizational skills
* A positive and energetic attitude
* Ability to work autonomously
