Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Once More Luxury Boutique. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision
- Direct and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to improve staff skills and productivity.
- Store Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Ensure that the store is always well-stocked, visually appealing, and meets the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Sales and Customer Service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Inventory and Loss Prevention
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
- Implement and maintain effective loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance metrics.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback
- Knowledge of inventory management and loss prevention techniques
