Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Apex Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, assigning duties and tasks to ensure efficient store operations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and competitor activity.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or liquor store management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
