Liquor Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Liquor Store Manager to join our team at Apex Liquor Store. As a Liquor Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of sales staff and ensure excellent customer service.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to determine consumer demand and optimize inventory levels.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory costs, labor costs, and overhead expenses.
- Recruit, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the liquor industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- 37.5 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
- English language required.
