Family Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Family Practitioner to join our Forensic Assertive Community Treatment (FACT) team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to clients with enhanced care needs who are involved in the criminal justice system.
About the Role:- Provide comprehensive primary care services to clients with complex psychiatric and substance use needs
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Work in a supportive and inter-professional team environment to promote client-centered care

Requirements:- Eligibility for provisional or full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia
- Certification with the College of Family Physicians or equivalent
- Experience in working with clients with complex psychiatric and substance use needs
