Family Practitioner Opportunity
We are seeking a Family Practitioner to join our Forensic Assertive Community Treatment team. This team provides holistic and comprehensive services to clients with enhanced care needs who are involved in the criminal justice system.
The Family Practitioner will work alongside a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide quality care for clients and help them live an active life as they reintegrate into the community.
This role offers the opportunity to grow your expertise as a Primary Care Practitioner in an environment where you are supported from day one, by leaders and colleagues across disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide quality care for clients with enhanced care needs
- Work alongside a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to provide holistic and comprehensive services
- Help clients live an active life as they reintegrate into the community
Requirements:
- Eligibility for provisional or full licensure with CPSBC
- Certification with the College of Family Physicians, or equivalent
- Experience in Correctional Health and/or additional certification or training is an asset
