About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier at Smoky Lake Esso/Great Bear Cafe. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient checkout experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the Point of Sale System: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the store is clean and safe for customers and employees, and report any maintenance or repair issues to management.
  • Work as Part of a Team: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train the right candidate.
  • Physical Demands: Standing for extended periods, fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral communication, maturity.
