About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at W & M Wire & Metal Product Ltd. as a key member of our construction operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Management
    • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis.
    • Monitor and control project expenses to ensure adherence to budget.
  • Team Leadership and Supervision
    • Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including project managers, engineers, and technicians.
    • Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet company standards.
    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure project success.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on commercial and industrial projects.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and other construction management software.
