Join Our Team as a Construction Operations Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Operations Manager to enhance our team at MTC HOME DEVELOPMENT & CONSTRUCTION INC.. This role is essential for overseeing various construction projects and ensuring their successful execution.

  • Educational Requirements: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience Required: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in the construction field.
  • Work Environment: Involvement in residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects.
  • Financial Oversight: Responsible for managing budgets ranging from $100,001 to $500,000.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and present detailed budget estimates for construction projects.
    • Recruit, hire, and oversee the performance of staff and subcontractors.
    • Plan and coordinate construction schedules and key milestones.
    • Draft contracts and negotiate necessary amendments.
    • Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
    • Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
    • Manage project budgets and supervise material procurement.
    • Develop and implement quality assurance and risk management strategies.
    • Compile reports and conduct data analysis.
    • Organize and assess daily operational activities.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Oversee a team of 5-15 individuals, including contractors and staff.
  • Specialization Area: Focus on Project Management.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed.
