Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production and other reports to track project progress.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers and projects.
  • Schedule and manage daily operations and activities.
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring proper staffing levels.
  • Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Lead and instruct team members effectively.
Supervision Responsibilities
  • Oversee a team of 11-15 workers, including:
    • Bricklayers
    • Cement finishers
    • Tilesetters
    • Glaziers
    • Painters and decorators
    • Floor covering installers
    • Plasterers
    • Drywall installers and finishers
    • Roofers
    • Labourers
Support InitiativesNewcomers and Refugees
  • Engage in programs that assist newcomers and refugees.
  • Facilitate access to community resources and training.
  • Provide mentorship and support for integration.
Youth Support
  • Participate in initiatives that promote youth employment.
  • Offer tailored on-the-job training and mentorship.
