Position Overview

ABCO CONSTRUCTION is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers. This role involves a variety of tasks essential for the successful completion of construction projects.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Equivalent experience may be considered
Work Environment

The position is primarily outdoors, often in noisy and dusty conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport and handle construction materials efficiently
  • Assist in the erection and dismantling of concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread construction materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Support drilling and blasting operations on-site
  • Help with building demolition tasks
  • Organize and clean salvaged materials
  • Conduct routine maintenance activities
  • Clear rubble and debris from construction areas
  • Manage traffic flow around construction sites
Experience Requirements

Ideal candidates will have between 1 to 7 months of relevant experience.
