About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Financial Leader to join our team at The Ladders. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead financial planning and analysis efforts to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning and analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
