About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team at J S Trucking Ltd. as a strategic leader who can drive business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate financial, human, and material resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Business Objectives: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that drive business growth, innovation, and profitability.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to drive business success.

  • Work Term and Hours: Work on a permanent basis, with a standard working week of 32 hours, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
