About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Component Configurators Functional Analyst to join our Design, Configuration & Knowledge Sharing Agile Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading projects related to the development of global inquiry to remittance product configuration tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Uncover, collect, analyze, and prioritize business requirements, and translate them into implementation specifications.
- Manage timelines, resources, and overall project execution, working closely with developers and IS project managers.
- Create and present innovative solutions to our business users and partners, and become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in your area of expertise.
- Collaborate with cross-discipline teams, applying Agile development methodologies and participating in all team activities.
- Work closely with Product Management, Pricing, and Controllers to develop pricing and costing models.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure desired functionality and quality of product configuration tools.
- Provide training and guidance to users of the tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical field and minimum 4 years of experience in quotation, engineering, application, project management, or product development.
- 4 years of experience working with electrical distribution products.
- Enhanced knowledge of project management and project execution methodologies.
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Electronics engineering, Computer science (or High School Diploma/GED).
