Job Title: ERP Functional Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Functional Analyst to join our Enterprise Business Solutions team at NorQuest College. As an ERP Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the relationship between Enterprise Business Solutions and other areas of the College, understanding and predicting their application, business process, and service needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain PeopleSoft Finance and Human Capital Management (HCM) Payroll functions, resolving incidents, building queries and reports, and advising users on best practices.
  • Participate in ERP-related projects as a subject matter expert, business analyst, tester, and developer, and may lead own ERP-related projects.
  • Learn and share knowledge and experience with the team, collaborate with peers in other organizations, and contribute to the evolution of the Enterprise Business Solutions team.

Requirements:

  • Practical experience supporting PeopleSoft Finance and/or PeopleSoft HCM Payroll modules, with consideration given to applicants with experience in other financial and payroll systems.
  • Sound understanding of Financial and/or Payroll business processes.
  • IT Service Management (ITSM) practitioner with knowledge of incident, service, and change management.
  • Business Analysis skills, including documenting business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
  • Excellent Functional Analysis skills, including researching and implementing new functionality, automating processes, and being data literate.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to understand and demonstrate leadership regardless of position.
  • Bonus: Developer skills, including customizing pages, building integrations, and developing reports and visualizations using various tools.
