Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Sales Experiences: Deliver outstanding customer service from initial contact to close.
  • Manage and Respond to Leads: Promptly respond to leads and provide accurate quotes to drive business growth.
  • Secure the Best Coverage: Identify and secure the best coverage options for clients at competitive prices.
  • Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Build and Maintain a High-Quality Book of Business: Develop and maintain a strong book of business through exceptional customer service and sales expertise.
  • Recommend Appropriate Coverages: Recommend coverage options based on client needs and preferences.
  • Follow Underwriting Guidelines: Adhere to underwriting guidelines set by broker partners to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
  • RIBO Licensed: Hold a valid RIBO license.
  • Insurance Experience: Possess at least 1 year of experience in the insurance field.
  • Powerbroker Experience: Previous experience as a powerbroker is an asset.
