We are currently in search of a Commercial Lines Account Manager to enhance our team of insurance experts. This position requires on-site presence during standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing and servicing commercial insurance accounts
- Conducting renewal reviews with clients and offering coverage suggestions
- Addressing day-to-day inquiries from clients
- Identifying opportunities to generate new business through referrals
- Marketing existing accounts to various insurance providers
- Gaining insights into the insurance market to appropriately assess risks
- Understanding policy wordings and coverages to effectively compare insurance options
Essential Skills for Success
- Possession of a Registered Insurance Broker License (RIBO)
- Expertise in Commercial Property & Casualty, Commercial Auto, and Farm Insurance
- Completion, enrollment, or interest in the Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) courses is advantageous
- A diploma from a College Insurance Program or an undergraduate degree is beneficial
- Strong customer service abilities to foster relationships and ensure long-term retention
- Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization skills
- A positive demeanor coupled with a strong work ethic
