Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Chicken Chef Family Restaurant Regent. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and management to ensure that all needs are met and that our restaurant runs smoothly.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
  • Certifications: Possess any required certifications for the position.
  • Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work, and available for the advertised start date.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
