Assistant Replenishment Buyer

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Assistant Replenishment Buyer will be responsible for ensuring in-stock availability to drive business momentum. This role will support our Buying teams by analyzing data and assessing volume trends in the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying reorder styles and supporting assigned categories to ensure products that sell the best are reordered at the best possible cost and quality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform daily tasks, including email communication with vendors to negotiate costs and quick chase mentality to ensure in-stock styles or best sellers are replenished.
  • Review preseason and in-season forecast data at the item level and assist with daily style sales tracking to determine units needed.
  • Develop reorder style sizing needs and monitor and revise style flows as business needs require.
  • Create purchase orders for reorder styles and maintain strong vendor relationships through proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to gather insights, generate innovative ideas, and execute shared goals effectively.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

  • More than one year of experience in Replenishment, Data Analysis, or a similar field.
  • Experience analyzing data and providing actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Excel with the ability to perform complex functions, such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
  • Passion for fashion and trend analysis.
  • BA|BS degree or equivalent working experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
  • English language proficiency, with additional languages an advantage.
