About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Kitchen Helper to join our team at COCO MILK TEA CORP. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a clean and sanitized environment by cleaning and sanitizing items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Load buspans and trays with dishes, glassware, and flatware for efficient washing and storage.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Place dishes in storage areas to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Scour pots and pans to remove stubborn food residue.
  • Package take-out food for customers to enjoy on-the-go.
  • Portion and wrap foods for efficient service.
  • Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a fresh and organized environment.
  • Take customers' orders to ensure accurate and efficient service.
  • Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
  • Handle and store cleaning products to maintain a safe and organized environment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a smooth operation.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for cooking.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Stand for extended periods to maintain a high level of productivity.
