At Loblaw Companies, our Store Team Members are the backbone of our operations. They ensure that our stores are always ready to meet customer needs by maintaining a well-stocked and organized environment.
What you'll do:
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that store shelves are fully stocked and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards, ensuring a visually appealing and welcoming store environment.
- Accurately scan products and identify inventory needs, assisting with ordering and replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Set up and maintain company-directed promotions and programs, driving sales and customer engagement.
- Ensure that department areas are clean and safe, adhering to health and safety standards.

Experience you bring:
No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success in this role.
What you bring:
- Flexibility to work a variety of hours, including days, evenings, and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing store needs.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout your shift, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
