Aquatics Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aquatics Manager to join our team at British Swim School of Vaughan-Newmarket. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our swim instructors and ensuring the highest level of water safety and swimming instruction for our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate our swim instructor team to deliver exceptional swimming lessons and water safety education.
  • Develop and implement water safety and swimming programs that meet the needs of our students and align with British Swim School's brand standards.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions and provide feedback to our swim instructors to ensure they are meeting our high standards.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote our programs and services to the community.
  • Manage and maintain our swim facility to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff.
Requirements:
  • Current lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain one.
  • Outgoing and contagious personality with excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
