Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aquatics Swim Instructor to join our team at Life Time. As an Aquatics Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching swimming lessons and Aquatics events to members of all ages and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach swimming lessons and Aquatics events to members of all ages and skill levels
- Respond to member inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a safe and clean pool area, ensuring a positive experience for all members
- Promote and sell Aquatics programs and services to members
Requirements
- Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
- CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Certifications (obtained within 60 days of hire)
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and provide excellent customer service
- Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- Swim lesson instruction or coaching experience
