Aquatics Manager Opportunity at British Swim School of Vaughan-Newmarket

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aquatics Manager to join our team at British Swim School of Vaughan-Newmarket. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our swim program and ensuring the highest level of water safety and quality instruction for our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement swim programs for children and adults, focusing on water safety and survival skills
  • Lead a team of swim instructors and provide coaching and guidance to ensure they meet British Swim School brand standards
  • Conduct regular observations of classes and provide feedback to instructors to improve their teaching techniques
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and address any concerns they may have
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our swim programs
Requirements:
  • Current lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain one
  • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings
