Aquatics Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Aquatics Manager to join our team at British Swim School of Vaughan-Newmarket. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our swim program and ensuring the highest level of water safety and quality instruction for our students.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement swim programs for children and adults, focusing on water safety and survival skills
  • Lead and train a team of swim instructors to ensure consistency and quality in our programs
  • Conduct regular observations and coaching sessions to ensure proper techniques and safety protocols are being followed
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure their children are receiving the best possible instruction
  • Collaborate with our franchise team to ensure brand standards and guidelines are being met
Requirements:
  • Current lifeguard certification or willingness to obtain
  • Outgoing and contagious personality with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work weekends, mornings, and evenings as needed
