About Us

Verily, a subsidiary of Alphabet, is dedicated to revolutionizing health management through a data-centric approach. Established in 2015 from Google X, our mission is to democratize precision health for everyone, every day. We focus on harnessing and activating data from diverse sources—clinical, social, behavioral, and real-world—to derive optimal solutions tailored to individuals based on a holistic understanding of the evidence. Our unique blend of expertise in technology, data science, and healthcare empowers the entire healthcare ecosystem to achieve superior health outcomes.

Role Overview

As a pivotal member of Verily, you will spearhead the transformation of healthcare via technology in the capacity of the Application Framework and Design System Product Manager. You will take charge of defining and delivering the core framework for developing Verily's software applications. This infrastructure encompasses developer tools, libraries, and services that facilitate application teams in creating products with enhanced speed, consistency, quality, and accessibility. Daily, you may engage with end users of the precision health platform on features such as microfrontends, content localization, automated analytics tracking, component libraries, reusable CI/CD processes, and more. Your contributions will bridge the divide between clinical research and care delivery, propelling precision health forward and positively impacting millions of lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the discovery, delivery, and promotion of web and mobile application frameworks that empower both internal and external developers working on Verily's Precision Health Platform.
  • Identify opportunities and formulate strategies across the Verily product ecosystem to accelerate application development while enhancing quality.
  • Continuously gather insights from end users to ensure their needs are addressed throughout an iterative development process.
  • Establish and maintain accountability for metrics that reflect the impact and return on investment of the delivered capabilities.
  • Exhibit organizational agility by collaborating with and enabling a diverse range of teams and stakeholders across Verily.
Required Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Over 5 years of product management experience in software application development, encompassing both external-facing and internal-facing products.
  • Proven experience in defining, developing, and launching multiple instances of platform products, developer tools, design systems, mobile SDKs, and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as React, REST APIs, iOS SDKs, and Android SDKs.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams of designers and engineers to develop platform products.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background as a full stack web or mobile developer.
  • Experience in catering to users across B2B and B2B2C business models.

Why Work With Us

Build What Matters.

At Verily, you are part of a larger mission. We are a diverse group of innovators at the intersection of health and technology—driven by a shared spirit of curiosity, resilience, and a commitment to making better health accessible to all.
