Role Summary:
THP is in search of a skilled Project Manager to join our Laboratory Medicine and Genetics Program. This program is extensive and multifaceted, operating across several sites and covering various disciplines such as biochemistry, microbiology, and anatomical pathology.
The successful candidate will lead and manage multiple projects, collaborating with laboratory teams and other clinical units to drive strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing project management from inception to completion, ensuring milestones are achieved and quality standards are met.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to facilitate successful project outcomes.
- Focusing on change management and communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and minimize resistance.
- Monitoring project progress and addressing challenges proactively, ensuring timely reporting to all stakeholders.
- Managing project budgets in collaboration with the finance team.
- Engaging with leadership to discuss project implementation and strategize on risk management.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees in public health or business administration are advantageous.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within healthcare settings.
- Proven success in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
