Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and drive the Digital program across all business functions, ensuring alignment with our digital strategy and roadmap.
  • Develop and implement solutions to meet business needs, based on an understanding of our digital strategy and stakeholder requirements.
  • Collaborate with the PMO, Member Experience, Marketing, and Communications teams to optimize projects, enhancements, and operations.
  • Manage a team of Web and Mobile analysts, and Salesforce developers, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Capture and mitigate risks, escalating them to the Director of Digital Solutions as needed.
  • Help define and refine program governance (controls) to ensure effective management of our Digital program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or equivalent.
  • ~5+ years' experience in Web, Mobile, and Salesforce industry, with a post-secondary education.
  • Excellent program/project management knowledge and experience (tools and techniques).
  • Stays current and understands emerging Digital technology trends and best practices.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem.
