- Set work priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and timelines.
- Manage the administrative functions of the organization.
- Implement policies regarding the management of records in compliance with government access and privacy regulations.
- Plan and coordinate office services, including logistics, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in the development of the operational budget while maintaining inventory and financial controls.
- Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Supervise and streamline office administrative practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word.
- Must be bondable.
- Personal transportation is necessary.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of managing a substantial workload.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and organizational skills.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- This is a permanent position with a standard workweek of 35 hours.
- Working language is English.
